7 Days Return Warranty

Welcome to mirafeels.com. We value highly of our customer’s satisfaction. To provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a 7 Days Return Warranty. This way you can always buy with confidence. Should there be any complaints, please feel free to contact us (email to service@mirafeels.com) within 7 days on receiving the item.

1. You can return items within 7 days on receipt of the item for full refund or exchange for faulty, defective or damaged items.

2. If the product works but you do not wish to retain it, you can also send it back within a 7 day period for a refund. In this case, we will charge a 15% nominal restocking and handling fee. We also do not refund the shipping fee.

3. If your product arrives faulty, defective or damaged, please help us by sending clear photos with good lighting for every product affected.

4. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags clearly attached with any related accessories that were included. Product returns that are soiled, have been altered in any way or do not confirm to the above will not be accepted.

5. Our customer is responsible for shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise. This includes the returning shipping cost or any customs charges that incurred when return.

6. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped out, please wait until it arrives. Contact us first so we can provide you with a return address. Sign for the parcel when you receive it and then return it unopened to the address we have provided. We will arrange the refund once we receive the unopened parcel from you.

7. Please do not ship via any kind of express shipping or courier mailing service in case any customs fees imposed. Please only use the standard local postal service.

8. Please do not send back your item(s) until we reply back to you with the appropriate address – this may not be the same one displayed on your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any parcels sent to the incorrect address.

9. Please fill out any customs documents with the following description and declaration: “Product Return to seller - $0 value”.
